Shipping & Pick-ups
The shipping rate for the products are shown in your shopping cart. During checkout you can select a local pick-up and the shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow 1-5 business days for your delivery. If expedited shipping is needed please contact us and we can get you a shipping rate immediately. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Items
will be shipped using standard shipping services. Certain items may
only be available for pick-up only. These items will have this
information stated on that items specific page. The rates charged for
the items are flat cost shipping rates based on the weight and size of each item. Before the final
checkout page you will be shown what the total cost will be for shipping, and you
will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. At the same time you can also select a local pick-up and the shipping cost will be deducted from your total before you complete the payment. We
only ship to the contiguous 48 states. If there are any special
circumstances with an order do to package dimensions or weight, we will
notify you and make any necessary changes.
Local Pick-up
You
are welcome to pick up any order free of charge, you can select this option after filling out your information for the order. The shipping cost will be deducted from your total prior to finalizing the payment. Please email
tgoutletstore@gmail.com or call 215-500-3256 to schedule a pick up time
and date. We are currently open certain hours to the public and
scheduling a pick up will insure that your order will be ready for pick
up.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information as soon as the order is processed. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. If you do not receive tracking information please just email tgoutletstore@gmail.com and we will forward your tracking information.
